==Process==
1. Create module directory
 createdir.x A4 // @ t2k_run1
2. make CP
 ../createcp.exe A4 1 // createcp.exe [module] [iplate], @ t2k_run1

3. Align plates
 ../align2.x // @ A4
 check the last result whether alignment is ok or not.
4. Link tracks
