On  /terabig/scan/macros  you have a bash script called  ''start_scan.x''

To launch it :    

 - go in a ''scanning directory'' (should be MICROSCOPE#/ONLINE)
 - execute     ''start_scan.x YOUR_BRICK_NUMBER YOUR_NAME''

 - Example:   start_scan.x 36423 HOMER


What it's doing :

* Look for CS predictions in local DB
* Copy the CS from OPITA01 to local DB if needed
* Copy the header files (b00000.h, …)
* Update the header files according to the brick number and the user
* Create a ready to use ChangeStatus.txt file for Sysal
* Create the brick directory (Part 1., Step 3 of the official Scanning tutorial)
* Modify the X-Ray marks map file to keep only the 3 first marks
* Create the scan.x script
* Copy used scripts from /terabig/scan/macros to the brick directory
* Display the CS predictions and the muon candidate
* Make vertex predictions using the CS predictions
* Do the event viewer pictures (option)
