But :    fedra problem, light problem on MIC1, focus problem (surface damaged)&lt;br /&gt;

* 31/07/08 :  On MIC1, the light has been changed (light level checked and new flat field made)&lt;br /&gt;

* 05/08/08 : Track with the ID=3 from the CS has not been found on plate 57   BUT near be eyes found a BT (X=53644;Y=17006;TX=0.104; TY=0.0432)   --&amp;gt; Modified the pred scan result on plate 57 in order to follow this prediction found by eyes instead of CS pred ID=3.&lt;br /&gt;

Some problem to align plate 56 &amp;amp; 57 -&amp;gt; Scan a bigger area 7000.*2*7000.*2  and align with DZ=-1622.92&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 06/08/08 : Prediction found be eyes still alive (plate 21)&lt;br /&gt;
Problem with plate 32 : cannot align pl32-&amp;gt;pl33 &amp;amp; pl31-&amp;gt;pl32&lt;br /&gt;
Skip this plate and make align  pl31 -&amp;gt; pl33 : No problem&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PROBLEM SOLVED : Optical marks are displaced 2 mm in X and 2 mm in Y compared to plate 33  -&amp;gt; Try with Offset=4000. and OK&lt;br /&gt;

* 07/08/08 :  Alignment problem with plate 8 &amp;amp; 7&lt;br /&gt;
-&amp;gt; scan a bigger area  7000.*2*7000.*2. instead of 4000.*2*4000.*2   -&amp;gt; OK&lt;br /&gt;

1) Very very very sticky emulsions&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2) Surface damaged : Emulsions were not dry enough (after 2.5 days drying @ Gran Sasso) and damaged done by separator&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3) Light unstable on MIC1 --&amp;gt; use MIC3&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4) Some problems to found the optical marks on MIC3&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5) Sysal (maybe due to the stage) crashes when &amp;quot;Unload current emulsion&amp;quot;  on MIC3&lt;br /&gt;
but no problem if plate is unloaded with the scanning script&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6) Problem to align Plate 56 to 57&lt;br /&gt;
Succeed by increasing the intercalibration area and with a DZ=-1622.92&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7) On Plate 32 optical marks are shifted (~2mm in X and ~2 mm in Y) compared to plate 33&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
