Both predictions are followed. From their slopes a merging around plate 20 is likely...<br /> <br /> Started Calibration Area Scan overnight<br /> <br /> Stopped around 8pm, seperator on stage. Restart at 10am, also calibration was performed, plate 42 is not aligned, rescanned, problem with optical mark 2 (dustspot found instead of real mark)<br /> <br /> Stopping Point found between Plate 21 and 20.
