Minutes - 2013-03-14

Present: Ciro, Martin, Martti (minutes), Asmita, Damian, Euan (guest from ICRR Tokyo).

Notes: Everyone scheduled to give a talk on their work to introduce our group to Euan.

==> PhD students should give talks more often (= shorter talks), as this meeting was very long (~2h).

• Ciro: Adapting text for LEM paper from Fatih's thesis is not trivial, will take more time.
• Martin: Coaching Euan, who is doing his PhD in the LEM group and visiting Bern to learn.
• Martti: General talk on the status of his kaon feasibility study (PDF)
• Asmita: General talk on her work on MEC models, work in progress (PDF)
• Damian: Talk on reweighting physics parameters, plans to use T2KReWeight for LEM (PDF)
• Euan: Simulation of external events in LEM (sand muons etc.), goal is to quantify these events
