Problem with SB PATH during OPFRA publication

Dear Elisabetta and Cristiano,

when trying to publish 1022299 and 1088929
got the SB publication aborted with the following message:

Error ORA-02291: integrity constraint (OPERA.FK_CSCANDS_CSCANDPATHS) violated - parent key not found
ORA-02063: preceding line from OPFRA01 in PP_PUBLISH_OP

As you can see, there are necessary entries there.
What can be the problem and how do I proceed?

The probem was that the candidates were not yet in OPFRA, syncronisation has failed.
According to CB - restored now (19.09.08)
