/root/arc/x86-64/archttp64 9876

where you replace <PORT> with a number between 1024 and 56535, eg. take 9876 then go to a web browser and enter: https://lheppc44.unibe.ch:9876/ (default is 81 for the controller, 82 for the configuration manager)
