UniPrint is a service provided by the IT services department, so they're handling support and maintenance for those devices.

General Purpose Printers

Empty Toner Cartridges

For HP cartridges, there's a collection bin in ExWi B4, but you can always drop them off in the IT office ExWi 101 and they will be properly recycled.
