T2K collaboration meeting in April:

- Eike (18.4. - 4.5.), Hieho (18.4. - 26.4.), Martti (18.4. - 1.5.) and Aki (19.4. - 26.4.)

- Eike, Hieho and Martti fly together

Fatih - LEM shifts:

- presentation shown by Fatih [1]

- maybe losening of shift rules in near future

- next 2 weeks cancelled due to LINAC failure

- March 3rd - 12th: beam power was ~115kW (not very stable)

Work status of Fatih:

- presentation shown by Eike on March 1st [2]

- comments from LEM collaboration: efficiency and FV cuts need to be understood in more detail

- 20'000 events from new MC (nu interaction, produced ~1 month ago), work in progress

- time conflict writing thesis vs. development of analysis tools

- first draft needs to be ready by end of May (defense: September 28th)

- plan of install LEM software on lheppc88 next week to share work load

ND280 and magnet shifts:

- Eike will show everything to Hieho and Martti during coll. meeting

ND280 software:

- Hieho and Eike set up server in for T2K Bern (lheppc88, now in Montageraum)

- Next steps: install ND280 software, now trying to get analysis packages running

AOB:

- new scheduler on google calenders (Hieho and Eike take care)
