Status

- working directory: MICROSCOPE1/ONLINE/b000007/ (light level: 30000, cut off: 0: 1200, 1: 1100)

- plate 1..3 scanned DSET 12 Areas

- prediction produced

- alignment problems between plate 3-4 (-> rotated by 180°)

- test with 4..6 2cmx2cm succsessfull performed, scanback for 5 plates

- plate 4..6 scanned for new prediction scan DSET456 12 Areas

- link all files, make intercalibration of 12 zones, new RCUT in pre-and full-alignment: RCUT 0 abs(s.eTX)>0.01&&abs(s.eTY)>0.01

- predictions from plate 4-6: 1563 with cut: pred_abs(s.eTX)<0.05&&abs(s.eTY)<0.05&&!(abs(s.eTX-0.048)<0.008&&abs(s.eTY-0.001)<0.008).txt: Because there is lead between the emulsion, the stronger cut nseg==3 was not applied (there are already fewer prediction than expected).

- predictions (1563): all tracks XY, all tracks TXTY, pred XY, pred TXTY

- One area finished check_summary(), check_path()

- ON: scanning of area 2..16

- Crashed at pl 20, but in fact plate 19 is on the table...checking.. Corrected ChangerStatus.txt

- Restarted from plate 20 (FROM_PLATE=19, scanback_batch();)
