• Setting up account from lxplus to run in the nightlies (as of April 2011)
  • A good move is to have a look at the ATLAS computing workbook
  • ssh to lxplus
  • Setup with
    • export AtlasSetup=/afs/cern.ch/atlas/software/dist/AtlasSetup
    • alias asetup='source $AtlasSetup/scripts/asetup.sh'
  • Create a working directory if you don't have one
    • Ex.: mkdir ~/test/ ; mkdir ~/test/17.0.X_rel1 ; cd ~/test/17.0.X_rel1
  • Setup for the nightly
    • asetup 17.X.0, rel_1, here

• Some data files
  • RDO
    • RDO MC: /afs/cern.ch/atlas/project/RTT/data/RTTdata/RDO080975._000390.pool.root.1
