Search for passing through tracks

Using OpVetoTrack :

tracksinfo.x BrickID pred.txt slope

• example for brick 36423 :

  tracksinfo.x 36423

or

  tracksinfo.x 36423 p057/36423.57.1.0.100.man.found.txt   -->  slope tolerance will be 0.02 rad by default

or

  tracksinfo.x 36423 p057/36423.57.1.0.100.man.found.txt  0.1    --> here slope tolerance will be 0.1 rad
