T2K Bern Calendar

The T2K Bern Calendar has been created in a dedicated google account. The calendar can be added to your own google account by following these steps:

1. go to http://www.google.com/calendar/
2. log in with "t2kberne" and "Theta.13" (without "")
3. click on the gear wheel on the top right, then click "settings"
4. click on "Calendars" (top left)
5. click on "Shared: Edit settings" in the row belonging to the "T2K Bern" calendar
6. below "Share with specific people" enter your google mail address (probably other mail addresses work as well), set the permissions to "Make changes to events" and click the "Add Person" button
7. you will receive an email on the entered address that the calendar has been shared with you

The calendar can also be used from Outlook, Thunderbird etc. by importing the XML or ICAL links which can be found by clicking on the calendar title "T2K Bern" in the settings (after step 4 above). On the bottom of the page are links to the "private addresses" which allow also a modification of the calendar. Detailed instructions can be provided on request.
